Happy Holidays!
Just a quick note of thanks for all your support this last year. Our continued growth despite these economic times is especially appreciated. I don't get sentimental but all your FB and blog comments for the past couple months regarding my difficult decision to make Artfest 2012 my last big art retreat and the death of our sweet doggy recently has been making me a little soft. I really can't say enough about how much your support means to me.
So, to catch you all up (since this IS a NEWS letter):
Play retreat is now full.
Artfest 2012 will be the last Artfest after 13 years. We still have space to register. you can read more about my decision on my blog.
Tracy and I will be teaching at the Artfest Annex and our studio in Issaquah more in 2012. Stay tuned. Just finishing up the workshop details this month.
Jan. 5th is first thursday and we intend on having a giant party, show, sale, etc. from 5-8 at the Artfest Annex in pioneer square.
Jane Davenport, a dynamo from Australia will be teaching at the annex the first part of feb. I only ask teachers who I adore and who have a lot to give and she is at the top of both those lists!
