Janet Cooper is a collector as well as a maker of things.  A clay artist and teacher until she fell in love with bottle caps in 1986.  More likely to be found at a antique flea market than a craft show.  Her bottle cap and tin can work has been sold throughout the U.S. and in Europe and Asia.
