(continued...) Her passion for this self-expression led her to the quilt world where she has created, designed, taught and written about quilts for 30 years. In her books, A Southern Album and most recently, At Piece with Time; a Woman's Journey Stitched in Cloth, Kristin encourages other women to celebrate their unique story by documenting it in cloth. For the last 5 years, Kristin has been absorbed in the “altered” world. She finds visual journaling exactly what she's been looking for allow her  to use  her beloved fabric in both book and journal formats. She adores teaching anything to do with the creative process. Her most earnest wish is that we each uncover the genuine creative genius residing deep within, then give it life through our work.
