Sweaterolgy

Keely Barham

Everyone has an old, outdated sweater hanging in their closet.  You don't wear it, but you don't want to throw it away.  Why not drag it out, shake off the dust, and transform it into a one-of-a-kind, ultra stylish, brand new and ready to show off "altered" sweater.  With some easy sewing and crochet techniques you'll walk out of class with a new addition to your wardrobe that is a real attention getter.  You'll want to make dozens!  Basic sewing and crochet knowledge is helpful, but don't worry, this can be learned in class.

I am a mixed media artist and workshop teacher. I work mainly in textiles, fibers and beads. I currently teach workshops locally and across the country at art retreats, conventions and stores. My work has been published in Belle Armoire, Somerset Studio and the books "The Art Doll Chronicles" and "True Colors."  fabfrogdesigns@aol.com
